Kader holds a PhD degree in Physics from Valladolid University (Spain). He has over 26+ years of experience in ICT / Digital, Data/AI/GenAI and Analytics, working in different position on Digital transformation, Business intelligence technologies, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Big Data, eGovernment and Educational Technologies.

He is considered as an International and multicultural leader with an extensive experience in business management, innovation in digital services, disruptive business models and growth strategies combined with a strong commercial, financial and technical background.

He is participating in Developing and executing Data strategy to leverage emerging technologies such as AI and Machine Learning as a strategic competitive advantage He has a master degree in Management and Business Administration from Madrid University. Currently he is leading the Artificial Intelligence and Smart Data practice in e& enterprise.
