Hessa Humaid Al Matrooshi, is currently lead Information Security, Infrastructure, and Helpdesk operations at Ajman Free Zone. I’ve had the privilege of driving several key initiatives—like achieving ISO 27001 and ISO 20000 certifications, implementing a full disaster recovery solution, and optimizing IT operations to reduce our annual budget significantly. I’m passionate about building secure, agile environments that support innovation and long-term digital growth. In addition to my role, I proudly serve as a board member of Women in Cyber Security Middle East (WiCSME), where I actively advocate for empowering women and elevating their voices in the cybersecurity field.
