In my last full time role as the Group CTO of TruDoc Healthcare, a leading Telehealth provider in the Middle East and Africa, I was responsible and accountable for all technology areas across multiple geographies. I co-led the business expansion to six new markets, including KSA, Kenya, Pakistan, and South Africa, in less than two years. With over 20 years of enterprise IT experience, I specialize in efficiency and growth transformations through innovation and hyper-automation. I have hands-on experience in automating multi-million dollar enterprises using RPA, process automation, AI, and content management. I have also managed large budgets with strong cost control, led complex projects involving enterprise architecture, data migration, and custom application development, and built high-performing IT teams.
